Nigerian Rapper Tidinz is Dead from Suspected Drug Overdose

Nigerian rapper, Dilichukwu Okonkwo better known as Tidinz is dead from a suspected overdose.

It was reported that Tidinz died on Sunday, October 9, 2022, while he was preparing for a show.

There are conflicting reports surrounding his “death” as some claim he died of a drug overdose, while others claim that he was poisoned by a friend.

As videos of his “dead body” began circulating, many expressed doubts and insisted it was a stunt, noting that he pulled a similar stunt in the past by pretending to be mentally ill.

However, many friends have taken to various platforms to mourn him, while others are still hoping it’s a publicity stunt.

Tidinz was a Nigerian Igbo rapper who specialized in trap music, hip-hop, and afrobeat. He also loved to be called “The King of the east”. He hailed from Enugu State. The rapper who last dropped a project, an extended play record dubbed “Rebirth” in 2021, was only 26 years old.
