Nigerian Singer, Flavour’s father is Dead

Highlife singer and songwriter, Chinedu Okoli popularly known by his stage name, Flavour has lost his father, Mr Okoli.

The ‘Ada Ada’ crooner announced the sad passing of his dad on his official Twitter (X) account.

Flavour shared a video from the last moment with his father. Flavour in the video played the guitar and sang to his father who was in a wheelchair but listened with apt attention.

Sharing the tear-jerking scene, Flavour prayed for the soul of his father to rest well.

He wrote …

“Chukwu wetelu. Chukwu ewelugo. 🕊️🕯️

Nna m 💔 Papa Ijele. Rest well 🕊️”

Fans and colleagues of the highlife musician have expressed their condolences to him, including Cubana Chief priest who sent his condolences via social media.

May the soul of his father and the souls of all the faithful departed through the mercy of God rest in peace.
