Nollywood Actor, Nkem Owoh Reportedly Rejects N10 Million Offer To Endorse Bola Tinubu
Veteran actor, Nkem Owoh a.k.a Osuọfia reportedly rejected a N10 Million offer to endorse Bola Tinubu, APC Presidential candidate ahead of the 2023 Presidential election.
According to sources, the Veteran Nollywood Actor said N10 Million cannot buy his endorsement as 2023 is critical for the collective good of all citizens and would NEVER be sold.
Sources say Osuofia was offered the usual 5 million Naira for endorsement of the candidate, but he refused. Even when theoffer was doubled on account of his worth, he still refused.
According to him, not everybody is amenable to the persuasiveness of money.
His actions has caused a stir on all platforms with Netizens applauding him d giving him the respect he deserves.
Another Nollywood veteran, Zack Orji made the headlines after he publicly declared his support for Tinubu.
In a two-minute clip posted on social media, Mr Orji, vice president of the Ambassadors for Voice for Change, said his support for Mr Tinubu is both experiential and personal.
“He said: “I have always known him as a man who stands for equity, justice, fair play and national cohesion.
“In his time as governor of Lagos state, he ran an all-inclusive government drawing people from different ethnic extractions into the executive council as decision makers to run the affairs of the state.
“People who came from different ethnic extractions were allowed to be part of the decision-making of Lagos State. I know with a high degree of certainty that on a national scale when he becomes the president of Nigeria, he will do likewise.
“This is what we need in this country. Though we differ in tribe and tongue, charity and brotherhood, we stand tall and proud.
“I know that when he becomes the president of this country, he will turn the economy around for the better.”
Meanwhile, instead of taking sides with her husband, Actress Ngozi Orji, wife of Zack Orji declared her undying support for Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of Labour Party ahead of the 2023 general elections.
