PDP in Lagos is a Brand-new PDP that Supports Victory – Adediran

Dr. Olajide Adediran, the governorship candidate of Lagos State in the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), has said the current administration has failed to fulfil the aspirations of the people of Lagos State and is confident that he will succeed Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu in 2023.

He emphasised the necessity of having a genuinely autonomous helmsman, which he serves, for things to function effectively in Lagos.

Jandor discusses the crisis affecting the PDP due to the presidential candidate Abubakar Atiku and the governor of Rivers State, Nyesome Wike, at a media briefing with journalists about the official unveiling of his manifesto and campaign plans in Ikeja at the weekend. Olasunkanmi Akoni was also present. He also discusses his alleged chilly relationship with the PDP’s national leader, Bode George, and his plans to seize control.

According to him, on Wednesday, October 19, 2022, Alimosho Local Government Area will serve as the starting point for our political campaign that will span 245 political wards in the state. And we require a autonomous helmsman for things to function effectively in Lagos. We are prepared to assume control of Lagos State through an effective democratic process that would improve the lot of the underprivileged in the state’s diverse neighbourhoods.

In order to create successful outcomes, our government will provide high-quality services in every sector of the economy, particularly free and mandatory education services for students in primary and secondary school. The state’s health sector issues will be properly addressed, among other things.

We have been working to free the people of Lagos from the oppressive grip of a cabal in the state for more than seven years, and we have never wavered in our resolve.

We will have a well-liked governor in Lagos for the first time. We joined the PDP because we wanted to win the election, not just be included on the ballot, which is why we abandoned the incumbent party, the All Progressives Congress, or APC.

PDP in Lagos is a brand-new PDP that supports victory, breaking with convention in a big way. Lagos needs a breath of fresh air, which we must deliver.

It’s time to create a truly prosperous Lagos, one where the enormous Internally Generated Revenue, or IGR, of over N50 billion each month, is reflected in corresponding improvements. I am convinced that I will prevail in the polls in 2023.
