Tiwa said she hasn’t played the EP for so many people because she is always scared. Pharrel went on to encourage her, calling her music a “Classic”. He further described the song as “Boat music, BBQ music and a self reflection music”.
“Anybody that doesn’t get that shouldn’t be listening to music. You’re right, it’s not a commercial song, but that’s a classic. And be clear that it’s okay to have a classic. That right there, that’s like boat music, that’s like barbeque music, that’s like self-reflection music”, the renowned producer said.
According to Pharrell Williams, Tiwa Savage is indeed a spectacular songwriter and singer as he gives the song a 5-star review.
Sharing the video, Tiwa said she is delighted to have the rapper’s view on the body of work, adding that she now needs to pick a date for its release.
