Pharrell Williams Goes Broke, Sells His Glass House At Cheaper Rate.

American singer, songwriter, and producer, Pharrell Lanscilo Williams, sells his lavished Beverly Hills mansion glasshouse which he’d purchased from Hollywood producer and actor Tyler Perry in 2018, at $15.6 million.

Months after, Pharrell Williams uploaded his luxurious glass house mansion in Beverly Hills, California, on a property site. The singer finally got a buyer.

According to mansion global in their report while helping Williams leasing the house, states that the mansion which cost Pharrell $15.6 Million was first listed for $16.98 million but was sold for $14 million, leaving Pharrell at a great loss.

According to Kurt Rappaport and drew Meyers of westside estate agency, The 17,000 square feet glass house mansion was said to have been designed precisely for entertaining with endless potential.

The details of the mansion comprise of the following; “a 200-foot-long driveway with a motor court that can accommodate more than 30 vehicles, 10 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms which are joined by floor-to-ceiling windows Galorekoi Ponds, a Tennis Court, a Grotto, and waterfalls”.

With the deed for the transaction not yet available for the public records, the new owner of Pharrell’s mansion is yet to be known.

Meanwhile, Pharrell’s second glasshouse in Hollywood Hills, is still on the market since May, at $11.95 million. The mansion comprises, an infinity pool and a two-story detached guest house, five bedrooms, and floor-to-ceiling windows.

Though the reason for Pharrell Williams selling his top properties is not know, one can’t help but wonder why he is letting them out.
