Raheem Sterling hits 100 EPL goals as Man City grab narrow win over Wolves Raheem Sterling

Raheem Sterling converted a 66th-minute penalty to join the club of players to have scored 100 Premier League goals.

The controversial spot kick, was enough to give Manchester City three points against, 10-man Wolves.

The highly contested decision only compounded the frustration of Wolves’ who were still nursing some reservations over Raul Jimenez’s dismissal for two yellow-card offenses.
In spite of the contestable decisions, Manchester City were the better side, as they recorded 24 shots compared to Wolves’ three. The visitors were lucky to have conceded just one goal. 

The result leaves City at the top of the table, one point ahead of second-placed Liverpool, who also managed a narrow 1-0 victory over Aston Villa.
