Reactions as Yemi Alade’s Twitter Followers drop by 2,000 after she celebrated 1M Followers

Fans of Nigerian singer, Yemi Alade are shocked as the number of followers Yemi has decreased by 2,000 followers shortly after she celebrated having 1Million followers on Twitter. 

The singer couldn’t contain her excitement when she noticed that her followers on Twitter had increased massively. She took to her page by 2 a.m to share a photo as she thanked her followers for trusting and sticking with her. 

However, today at exactly 8 a.m, it was observed that the singer had a decline in her numbers of followers. Over 2000 persons have unfollowed her on Twitter.

Now the question, What could be the reason for this immediate decline? Possibly, Yemi wasn’t doing something right, or it’s simply haters, as her fans have presumed. 

Following the decline, most of Yemi’s die-hard fans have said that this is no surprise as most people are unhappy with other’s success. They however consoled her to stay strong as she remains their best.
