Singer Ruger Acquires Luxury Multi-million Naira Mansion
Fast-rising Afrobeat singer, Ruger has joined the list of celebrity landlords in Lagos.
D’Prince, CEO of Jonzing Record, announced the singer’s new mansion via a video shared on his Instagram story.
In the video, he showcased the plush and expensive-looking interior of the property. D’Prince and Ruger were also seen playing video games in the footage.
“Congratulations on the new crib Ru @rugerofficial,” he captioned the post.
Ruger has enjoyed a fine run in 2022 with the release of the deluxe version of his sophomore EP ‘Second Wave’. The deluxe delivered the smash hit ‘Girlfriend’ which enjoyed wide patronage and a decent chart run.
After going on an international tour that included several sold-out shows across European countries, he joins the list of celebrities who have bought new homes in 2022 such as Omah Lay and Kizz Daniel.

Ruger gained prominence in 2021 after he signed a record deal with D’Prince’s Jonzing World Record’, an affiliate of Don Jazzy’s Mavin Records.
Ruger released his debut EP ‘Pandemic’ on March 4, 2021. ‘Bounce’ became a major hit song from the EP, and debuted at number 39 on the Top 50 chart.
