Snoop Dogg sued for alleged sexual assault and battery

Ahead of Super Bowl Halftime Show next Sunday, a woman identified as ‘Jane Doe’ is filing a lawsuit for alleged sexual assault and battery against Snoop Dogg a.k.a Calvin Cordozar Broadus Jr and his friend Don Juan.

The incident took place after a May 2013 concert where the rapper’s associate Bishop Don “Magic” Juan offered her a ride home, but she fell asleep in the car and was taken to his home against her will. The following morning, Juan allegedly “removed his penis from his pants and forced his penis into her mouth”.

The next day, Juan allegedly took the woman to Snoop Dogg’s studio to see if he would hire her for a role on a television show. According to the lawsuit, the rapper cornered her as she was using the toilet, forced her into oral sex and then “proceeded to masturbate and ejaculated on [the woman]’s upper chest and lower neck”.

The lawsuit stated that she did not get the television job because she “refused to willingly and enthusiastically give oral sex”.

The lawsuit states that Doe, who is described as a dancer, model and actress was left “humiliated, terrified and panicked” in the bathroom. Jane Doe decided to come forward in order to encourage other victims of sexual assault to move against their perpetrators.

In the lawsuit, the victim alleges Snoop Dogg decided to smear her via an Instagram which reads;

“Gold digger season is here be careful Nefews keep ya guards up. And Keep ya circle small [sic].”

This post doesn’t go into any more detail than what Snoop wrote on it but the lawsuit indicates the motive behind it.

Both the rapper and his friend are accused for violating laws on sex trafficking, sexual battery and sexual assault. The accuser is demanding a jury trial seeking punitive damages and costs of her lawsuit.

Currently, the rapper is getting the Super Bowl Halftime Show ready and his representatives refused to respond to any questions to the media about this matter. However,  Snoop denied the entire story to TMZ, calling it a “Pack of lies”.
