Taraji P. Henson, Confirms Her Breakup With Her Fiancé Kelvin Hayden

Looks like there won’t be wedding bells for Hollywood actress Taraji Penda Henson and her fiancé Kelvin Hayden a former NFL cornerback, as Taraji in an interview on the breakfast club show revealed that she and kelvin have split up, over two years of being together.

Taraji who just turned 50, while talking about her engagement to kelvin stated that

“I’m dedicated to the black man, y’all. I just turned 50 and I mean, I hadn’t said it yet, but it didn’t work out. I tried. I was like, therapy. Let’s do the therapy thing, but if you’re both not on the same page with that then you feel like you’re taking it on yourself and that’s not a fair position for anybody to play in a relationship.”

Taraji went on to say that she discovered that they were not responsible for each other’s happiness and needed to;

“first make ourselves happy to make each other happy, It’s important to nonetheless get up for yourself and be there for your self but it surely onerous to do if the opposite particular person isn’t doing that half both.”

Meanwhile, Taraji and kelvin got engaged in may 2018 and were reportedly said to have tied the knot in June 2020, but due to the global pandemic (coronavirus), the wedding couldn’t hold.
