Toyin Abraham cries out for help amid recent pump price hike; faces heavy backlash
Nollywood actress, Toyin Abraham has taken to social media to cry out over the current hardship in the country.
The actress, who is a firm supporter of the current administration in Nigeria, took to her Instagram story, crying out to her Maker for help. She noted that she needs Him more than ever as whatever she is going through is way beyond her imagination.
Her words: “Lord, I need you now than ever, this is way beyond my imagination.”

Also, Nollywood actress and movie producer Destiny Etiko has lamented over the increase in fuel prices. Taking to her Instagram page, she questioned what was going on in the country as she expressed how she thought the protest was to help salvage the economic hardship in the country. Questioning what was the way forward, Destiny noted how it’s becoming hard for a normal layman to eat three square meals.

Weeks back, Destiny Etiko had applauded Nigerians for their patience amid the economic hardship. In the wake of the protest in Kenya, she noted how, despite the situation in the country, we still wake up with smiles on our faces, pushing every day. She crowned Nigerians as the most patient country in the world and declared the citizens the VIPs.
Also, Nollywood actor, expressed his regrets for not getting involved in fraud when he had the chance to. He expressed his frustration with the current economy of the country as he stated that legitimate means of earning a living are not enough to sustain a layman.
Taking to his Instagram page, he stressed about how running a legitimate business feels useless in this era and stating that he regrets not being involved in internet fraud widely known as “yahoo yahoo”.
He wrote:
“All of the days wey dem dey talk about yahoo yahoo, na today I regret pass say I no do am. Legitimate hustling never felt super useless #aremuafolayan.”
