UCL: Liverpool return to winning ways with victory over Rangers
Liverpool got an all important victory over Rangers in the Champions League, in face of a deal difficult and slow start to the season in all competitions.
Off the back of another frustrating draw in the EPL, Trent Alexander-Arnold put Jurgen Klopp’s side in front barely seven minutes into the game with a well taken 25-yard free-kick.
Mohamed Salah made it two from the spot, eight minutes after the break.
The result leaves Liverpool second in Group A, with 6 points, three points behind group leaders, Napoli, while Rangers are bottom of the group with no point, having lost all three games, so far.
