UCL: Man City, Copenhagen share the spoils in controversial encounter
Ten-man Manchester City were held to a goalless draw in a rather controversial encounter against FC Copenhagen away at Denmark.
A dramatic and unfortunate first half for City saw Sergio Gomez get a red card, Riyad Mahrez miss a penalty and Rodri’s goal ruled out.
City had defeated the Danish side 5-0 last week and needed a win to seal a place in the next round of the competition with two tow games to go, but the draw means Pep Guardiola’s men will have to wait a bit to confirm their qualification to the round of 16.
