Willow Smith opens up about being polyamorous
On Red Table Talk, the 20-year-old daughter of actors Will and Jada Pinkett Smith revealed she is polyamorous, sating that she is attracted to “the freedom to be able to create a relationship style that works for you’
Polyamory is the practice of engaging in multiple romantic or sexual relationships, with the consent of all the people involved.

Willow opened up on American talk show ‘Red Table Talk’ which she hosts alongside her mum Jada Pinkett-Smith and grandmother Adrienne Banfield-Norrison.
However, Willow noted that she can’t see herself “going past two partners.” “With polyamory, I feel like the main foundation is the freedom to be able to create a relationship style that works for you and not just stepping into monogamy because that’s what everyone around you says is the right thing to do,” she said. “Also, doing research into polyamory,” she added, “the main reason why divorces happen is infidelity.”
Willow, received support from her mother but was met with resistance from her grandmother. Grandma Adrienne said it feels like it’s ‘really all just about sex’ which Willow denies saying: “In my friend group, I’m the only polyamorous person, and I have the least sex out of all of my friends.”
Willow Smith further tried to explain things to her grandmother by giving her an example of a couple who might have opposite appetites for sex. She revealed, the “history of marriage really irks me”.
Recall that Two years ago, Willow Smith confessed she was bisexual and polyfidelitous. Willow said at the time: “I love men and women equally and so I would definitely want one man, one woman.
This sudden revelation still hasn’t reduced her mom’s support. Willow’s mum told her daughter she was happy with whatever choices she wanted to make.
