Wizkid Announces Cyprus Concert, Teases New Release

Popular singer and songwriter Ayodeji Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid took to social media to make a big announcement of his concert in Cyprus which is scheduled to happen on September 10th, 2022, alongside the prospect of releasing new music all in 2022.

Big Wiz announced that he will be taking Starboy Fest to Cyprus on September 10, 2022.

also teased about a new song with no specific date of release in a follow-up tweet on his profile that said;

#StarboyFest Ayia Napa! Sept 2022 🖤❤️ 🦅 tickets out now”.

Fans of the superstar are buzzing with excitement as they anticipate his incoming music.

Wizkid recently bagged two Canada certifications with two different songs. Wizkid has been certified Gold for his 2019 hit track “Joro,” which took the world by storm, and he has also been certified Platinum for his record-breaking song “Essence,” which features Tems and is off his “Made In Lagos’ album.

“Essence” is Wizkid’s second song to get certified Platinum in Canada after the hit “Come Closer” off his ” Sounds From The Other Side” album that features Grammy awarding winning rapper Drake.
