World cup qualifiers: The Netherlands put four past Montenegro

The Netherlands bagged a vital World Cup qualifying victory over Montenegro as they moved to second in Group G, a point behind leaders Turkey. 

Barcelona forward, Memphis Depay scored twice, one from the penalty spot in the first half and the second one after the break. 

Giorginio Wijnaldum made it three for the Dutch side before Cody Gakpo curled in the fourth goal of the night. 

They’ll be in action on Tuesdays when they take on Turkey in Amsterdam with the hope of securing victory.
