‘Bring Evidence or Face the Law’ — Pastor Chris Okafor Challenges Doris Ogala, VeryDarkMan

Pastor Chris Okafor — founder of the Mountain of Liberation and Miracles Ministries — through his legal team has publicly dared Nollywood actress Doris Ogala, social media influencer Martins Vincent Otse (VeryDarkMan), and other online commentators to present concrete evidence of allegations made against him to the Nigeria Police, or they will face criminal prosecution for defamation, cyberbullying, and related offences.

  • The legal team, led by counsel Ife Ajayi, described the claims circulating on social media as false, malicious, and part of a coordinated campaign to damage Pastor Okafor’s reputation. They include serious allegations such as rape and other misconduct — all of which Okafor denies.
  • Okafor has reportedly submitted himself to police investigation and provided what his team calls evidence countering the accusations.
  • His lawyers stated that formal complaints have been filed against those spreading the allegations, and that evidence must be submitted to law enforcement rather than discussed on social media.
  • The matter is now under ongoing investigation by the Nigeria Police, specifically through the State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID) in Lagos. Police comments indicate cooperation from both sides while emphasizing that due process must be followed.
  • Okafor insists the allegations are unsubstantiated and defamatory, stating anyone truly believing the claims should present proof in a lawful setting. Failure to do so, the legal team warns, could result in criminal charges against the accusers.
