Veteran Nollywood actress Bukky Wright has alerted the public to the activities of online fraudsters impersonating her to carry out scams.
In a post shared on her Instagram page on Thursday evening, the UK-based actress warned fans and the general public to beware of fake social media accounts operating under her name.

Bukky Wright disclosed that one of the impersonators recently posted a fraudulent UK job vacancy in her name, urging unsuspecting followers to share personal information and make payments.
She firmly disowned the post, stressing that she would never solicit money, request personal details, or hold private conversations outside her verified account.
“Please be cautious of fake accounts pretending to be me. I never requested money. I will never request personal information or private chat on any other account. This is my main page.
“A post was made on my account offering a job vacancy in the UK, and we realized it was fraudulent. Please disregard. Your safety and trust mean so much to me,” the actress stated.
The actress urged her followers to remain vigilant online and report any suspicious accounts impersonating her identity.
