Famous American rapper Cardi B has welcomed a newborn baby with her boyfriend and NFL star, Steffon Diggs.
The joyful news comes amid her ongoing divorce proceedings with her estranged husband, Offset, with whom she shares three children.
Announcing the baby’s arrival on her Instagram page on Friday, Cardi B wrote:
“Starting over is never easy but it’s been so worth it! I brought a new album to the world! A new baby into my world, and one more reason to be the best version of me, one more reason to love me more than anything else or anyone else so I can continue giving my babies the love and life they deserve.”
Reports show that the rapper filed for divorce from Offset in August 2024, citing irreconcilable differences.
In February 2025, Offset requested joint custody of their three children, proposing that Cardi B’s home remain their primary residence.
By May 2025, Offset submitted an updated response, also seeking spousal support from Cardi B as part of the ongoing settlement negotiations.
