“50,000-100,000 of our brothers and sisters in Christ have been martyred since 2009 in Nigeria. 7,000 have been murdered this year alone. That’s 35 Christians murdered per day,” Moore wrote on the platform.
He went on to thank US President Donald Trump for designating Nigeria as “Country of Particular Concern” in a bid to end what he termed as the wanton bloodshed and for appointing him to lead an investigation in the House of Representatives.
“Thank you @POTUS for designating Nigeria as a Country of Particular Concern to end this bloodshed, and for tasking me to lead this investigation in the House.”
