Head coach of Nigeria’s senior men’s volleyball team, Ryan Masajedi, has officially unveiled his 14-man squad ahead of the 2026 African Men’s Volleyball Nations Championship currently underway in Tunis, Tunisia.
Running from September 13 to September 27, the high-stakes continental gathering serves as a critical stepping stone on the road to the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games, putting pressure on the Nigerian spikers to deliver a commanding performance on North African soil.
- The Roster Composition: Masajedi’s tactical setup features a balanced mix of grit and firepower, comprising two setters, two opposites, four outside hitters, four middle blockers, and two liberos, alongside two fresh faces breaking into the senior national setup.
