Robbers Invade Rapper Slim Thug’s Home, Makes Away With Valuables

It was an unfortunate Monday night for rapper Slim Thug as his apartment in downtown Houston was broken into while he was out enjoying the championship game between the University of Houston Cougars and the Florida Gators in San Antonio.

According to the Houston Police Department, the burglary happened sometime between 3:30 p.m. and 11 p.m. on April 7, 2025, right around the time Slim Thug had stepped out for the big game.

Police responded to a burglary call around 11:20 p.m. and headed to his apartment complex on Texas Avenue. When they arrived, they noticed signs of forced entry. Apparently, the burglars made away with jewellery and cash, although the exact amount hasn’t been disclosed yet.

Investigators are currently reviewing surveillance footage from the building to try and identify who broke in and when. The Property & Financial Crimes unit is handling the case, but so far, no extra details have been released about what was stolen.

Thankfully, Slim wasn’t home during the break-in, which honestly could’ve made the situation way worse. But still, it’s a tough loss, and we’re hoping justice is served soon.
