Preparations for the 2027 general elections have shifted into high gear as the PBAT/APC Presidential Campaign Council rolls out major structural adjustments and leadership realignments across key directorates.
According to an official statement released by the council’s secretary and Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodimma, fresh changes have been implemented within the Women Mobilisation and Youth Mobilisation wings to maximize operational efficiency and drive robust grassroots engagement.
Under the revised arrangement, Dr. Mary Aille Idele steps into the spotlight as the new Director of the Directorate of Women Mobilisation. Alongside her, Dr. Betta Edu transitions into the pivotal role of Deputy Director, working alongside Hon. Imaan Suleman who serves as the directorate’s secretary.
Additionally, the youth wing received an energetic boost with Mr. Ayo Olawande appointed as Director of Youth Mobilisation, supported by Dr. Dayo Israel as Deputy Director. The council also established a brand-new Directorate of Stage Organisation and Management, headed by Dr. Farouk Adamu Aliyu and co-directed by Rt. Hon. Adejare Bello.
