The Nollywood space is in shock as popular Yoruba actor Akin Olaiya has announced the crash of his marriage to Nafeesat Feenah Hammed, less than a year after their wedding.
The couple, who tied the knot on June 29, 2025, at the Central Mosque in Ibadan, split after Nafeesat allegedly walked out of their matrimonial home. Olaiya revealed that the crisis began shortly after their wedding when his wife abruptly refused to attend a Lagos event with him. Despite multiple interventions, attempts to resolve their differences failed, leading to the sudden end of the union.
