Al Pacino and Noor Alfallah split three months after welcoming baby
Veteran actor, Al Pacino and his girlfriend Noor Alfallah have split three months after they welcomed their son, Roman Alfallah Pacino.
Pacino and Alfallah had been romantically linked since April 2022 and welcomed their son on June 6 at Cedar’s Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles
According to court documents obtained by several US media outlets, Alfallah has now filed for physical custody but requested that Pacino has “reasonable visitation”, which would allow him to participate in major decisions concerning their baby, including medical treatment and education.
Alfallah is also reportedly asking the court for Al Pacino to pay for her legal fees and any costs associated with the case.
Noor also included a copy of a signed “voluntary declaration of parentage,” which proves that Al is Roman Alfallah Pacino’s biological father, signed by both parties, according to reports, six days before baby Roman was born.
A VDOP is a “government form two parents can sign to create a legal parent-child relationship between a child and parent” and is “often signed at the hospital when a child is born, but it can be signed later,” according to California Courts. The document was signed by Pacino and a third-party witness.
While sources told TMZ at the time that the twosome were ecstatic, the “Godfather” actor reportedly demanded a paternity test when he found out about her pregnancy.
Sources told the outlet that Al was “shocked” and didn’t think he could get anyone pregnant due to a medical issue that typically caused infertility.
In fact, the actor apparently didn’t even find out that Noor was pregnant until two months before she gave birth.
