Ayo Makun files police petition against Agozi Samuel over alleged affair with May Edochie

Comedian AY Makun has finally responded to Agozi Samuel’s allegations, with a petition from the Delta State Police Command.

Agozi Samuel made the headlines after he alleged AY to be the major cause of the marital rift between May and her husband Yul Edochie.

According to the Facebook user, AY had an extramarital affair with May Edochie, hence the reason their marriage crashed. Not stopping there, Agozi also alleged that the second daughter of comedian AY does not belong to him but to his security man.

AY who didn’t take chances, immediately responded with a petition from the police.

According to the petition, Agozi made various false and baseless statements in a 4.32-second video published on Saturday, January 20, which are capable of causing annoyance, insult, enmity, hatred, public outrage, and unnecessary anxiety to his family, as well as exposing AY to hatred and public ridicule.

AY claims Agozi’s charges are ”false, untrue, and unsubstantiated. The comedian’s lawyers have asked the state police command to take quick action in investigating and apprehending Agozi, citing evidence of defamation, cyberstalking, and cyberbullying.
