BBN Chichi Officially Retires from Stripping

Reality TV star and Exotic Pole dancer and stripper, Chinenyenwa Okoebor, aka ChiChi has announced to her fans and followers that she was retiring from pole dancing and stripping.

The Level Up star had revealed her profession during her three months in the BBNaija house, making her undoubtedly one of the most talked about housemates during the show.

In a recent development, during a playful moment with her hairstylist, Chichi announced on her Instagram story that she was a retired exotic dancer. 

She had playfully offered to give the hairstylist a free lap dance, but the woman declined, however, Chichi tried to brag that she charged a considerable sum when she was still in that line of work.

“Let me give you a lap dance. Stay na. Free lap dance” to which the stylist replied; “I don’t want.”

Chichi fumed; “When I was an ex0tic dancer do you know how much I charged?”

In a previous interview with Saturday Beats, she however expressed dismay that strippers are usually judged by people and seen as lesser humans.

She said, “I think I am the most judged stripper. When I was a stripper, (I don’t strip anymore), people often came to me for help and at the same time, they would judge me. They did not see us as human beings. Stripping is actually a profession but in my father’s land (Nigeria), it is not seen as one. It was really hard because people were so judgmental.

“Because of that, I cannot talk in public. And, that is why I am uptight; I don’t like expressing myself. Whenever I talk, people are quick to throw ‘shades’ at me, saying what do I know since I’m just a stripper. They feel we (strippers) can do anything for money.”
