Burnaboy to become the first Nigerian to Headline a concert at the Madison Square Garden
Burnaboy is set to break new record as sets to stage his very first headline concert at the World’s Most Famous Arena, Madison Square Garden in New York.
This was revealed in a teaser video which was shared by the singer. The teaser imitated a chat between him and the Madison Square Garden requesting him to come and be the first Nigerian to headline the venue.
He will become the first Nigerian to headline a concert at the famous Madison Square Garden when he stages his concert at the venue sometime next year.
Earlier this year, Burna Boy staged his very first headline concert at the O2 Arena in London and it was a blast. The singer was joined on stage at the O2 concert by singers like Rema, Omah Lay, Ruger, and King Promise of Ghana. Burna Boy himself gave fans a special experience when he arrived at the concert floating in on a spaceship.
The singer also had his very first Hollywood Bowl concert this year and it was packed to the brim as well as a Paris concert with a 20k capacity crowd.
Burna Boy has also recently announced his plans to stage a stadium concert in the UK next year.
Burna Boy has also been featured in a new video campaign by Dior for their Men’s Fall 2022 Show. Other international stars feature in the campaign include Sehun, Lila Moss, Gordon Maeda, Burna Boy, Oliver Sim, AJ Tracey, and Benoît Magimel.
