Lekki Tollgate Clash, Nigerian Singer Peter Okoye Vs Human Rights Activist Kenechukwu Okeke.
Nigerian singer and businessman peter Okoye had a clash on Twitter, with human rights activist Kenechukwu Okeke, over the reopening of the Lekki toll gate.
On Saturday Saturday, February 6, The Lagos state panel has given the Lekki Concession Company LCC the go-ahead to reopen the tollgate.
You recall since October 20. the Lekki tollgate has been shut down after the gunshot incident that led to many innocent Nigerians’ killings.
Many celebrities have been reacting to the toll gate’s reopening, and the former P-Square brothers, Mr p., also responded.
Well, Peter took to his Twitter page to kick against the reopening of the tollgates. He wrote:
”If una like make una go hand over Lekki tollgate to Jesus! No justice NO LCC #EndSARS #NoMoreTollGate”
Kenechukewu Okeke, who is a human rights activist, responded to Peter Okoye’s tweet after he alleged that people have been drawing his attention to the singer’s tweet. He responded;
”My attention has been brought to the antics of one Mr. Peter Okoye
@PeterPsquare whose shenanigan is to incite riots and breach of public peace. One begins to wonder why a private citizen would constitute himself as being superior to a Tribunal established by law.”
Peter Okoye further replied
”Use that your attention and wipe that your dirty asshole!”
Okeke further threatened to take Peter to court, he wrote;
Your ignorance and illiteracy stink to the high heavens. And may such a day never come when intellectualism is traded for mediocrity. See you in court.
