Nicolas Cage Expecting Third Child At 57 With His 27-Year-Old Wife

Hollywood actor, Nicolas Cage and his 27-year-old wife,  Riko Shibata are expecting their first baby together, although it will be Cage’s third child as he is already dad to sons Kal-El, 16, and Weston, 31, from previous relationships.

After tying the knot last year, the couple are expecting their first child together. Their representative confirmed the news to PEOPLE, saying “The parents-to-be are elated!” 

Cage and Shibata first met in Shiga, Japan, when mutual friends introduced them. At the time, Cage was in town to film Prisoners of the Ghostland.

They later married on February 16, 2021, in a “very small and intimate wedding at the Wynn Hotel in Las Vegas.” The wedding date was decided to honor his late father’s birthday.
