“I am ashamed of my colleagues”- Actor Sam Sunny blasts celebrities publicising their account details for money

Actor Sam Nnabuike, better known as Sam Sunny, has berated his colleagues who have been sharing their account details online so they can be gifted money by well-wishers.

After Davido raised over N160m from his friends and well-wishers, actors like Destiny Etiko, Yul Edochie and Mercy Aigbe emulated the singer by pasting their account details online, which yielded little or no funds.

Yul Edochie was able to raise only thirty thousand Naira. Others were either blasted or overlooked for copying Davido’s trend.

Sam Sunny, who was embarrassed by their actions made a post cautioning his colleagues. He was of the opinion that if they have to test their follower’s love for them, they shouldn’t have done it just as at the same time Davido started the trend.

Reacting, Sam wrote ;

“The internet is a mess right now. To say I am more ashamed of my colleagues, in particular, is an understatement. If you are going to test your followers love for you, must you do it just around the time Davido did it? Why didn’t you all move with this trend before Davido started it? Damn!!! una shame dey smells me pass slaughterhouse sef. Now watch them defend themselves afterwards and say it’s just cruise. Cruise gbakwa Oku. Sigh.

Actors Davido didn’t ask his fans abi lovers (for those wey change the format) to send him money. He asked his friends and business associates. Make una get sense na ndi cruise nation abi cruise control”.

This is coming after Mavin Boss, Donjazzy credited Davido with a whopping $11,000, approximately six million Naira, making Davido’s money a total of N171, 453,521.01. Davido is on the verge of achieving his N200m target.
