Apostle Suleman Sues YouTube for 1billion dollars, plans to add Facebook and Instagram.

Apostle Johnson Suleman, founder of Omega Fire Ministries through his lawyers has sued YouTube and 7 other YouTubers for putting up a video he considers defaming his person.

Apostle Suleman some time ago warned these YouTubers against videos they’ve been making about him but apparently, they didn’t heed his warnings. Now he is suing YouTube, a blogger Maureen Badejo and others for one billion dollars.

The petition has ordered that the defendants take down the offensive videos and make a video apology and a full-page written retraction of an apology for the said videos and publications.

The petition claims that the videos and publications caused the claimant embarrassment, public odium, ridicule, derision, obloquy, mental agony, and psychological trauma.

Now, Apostle Suleman is claiming one billion naira from each defendant for general, aggravated, punitive and exemplary damages over the embarrassment, public odium, ridicule, derision, obloquy, mental agony, and psychological trauma which the said videos and publications had caused the claimant.
