Davido drags his cousin for planning to contest against his uncle in the Gubernatorial Election
Nigerian singer Davido has called out his cousin, Dele Adeleke, for planning to contest against their uncle, Ademola Adeleke, in the Osun Gubernatorial election.
In the post shared on the microblogging platform, Davido said it amazes him that his cousin, who struggled to graduate with second class lower in the university, is parading himself as an intellectual personality.
Davido added that his cousin who has not succeeded in building anything for himself wants to be governor of Osun state. He called on the citizens to beware.
“Wonderful! Me I finished with a 2:1, but it’s now cousin dele who struggled to even get a 2:2 that is now forming intellectual. Intellectual that has not succeeded in building one single thing in his life of his own. This life ehn! Osun beware of fakes!” Davido slammed.
Davido’s tweet sparked mixed reactions online. While some questioned what his uncle Ademola Adeleke has achieved, others urged him to allow the contestants to run their race.

DinkyChris commented, “Madness is not only when you’re naked on the street but when you talk senseless. You graduated with 2:1 which we all knew how you scare through. Please don’t bring your family catastrophe to the public. That Osun State is in that condition today is all because of your family so never you cause whom God have not caused because you and your so called uncle are not saints. Is it because no one questioned you for the sudden death of your crew members when you’re busy buying luxury cars and houses?? Just use your tongue and count your teeth. Davido be warned!”
