EPL: Arsenal maintains perfect start to the season
Arsenal continued their perfect and impressive start to the season with their fifth win in five games, following a 2-1 victory over an underwhelming Aston Villa team.
Gabriel Jesus opened the scoring got Mikel Arteta’s side 30 minutes into the game.
The Gunners maintained the lead till the 74th minute when Douglas Luiz found the back of the net and levelled things.
Three minutes later, Gabriel Martinelli, put the host back in front, to see Arsenal win their opening five league matches for the first time since the 2004-05 campaign, when they finish second.
Meanwhile, a struggling Villa have now lost four of their first five games, leaving their coach, Steven Gerrard with a lot of work in order to change the fortunes of his side.
