Euro Qualifiers: Ruthless Spain put 7 past Georgia

The Georgia national team were all completely helpless against a rather rampant Spanish who handed them a devastating 7-1 defeat in their Euro 2024 qualifiers encounter on Friday.

The La Roja were already 4-0 up at half time, emphasizing their dominant display.

After the break, Georgia got one back courtesy of Chakvetadze, but that was all Georgia could get from the game, as Alvaro Morata, who already had two goals in the first half, went on to complete a hat-trick, with youngster, Lamine Yamal, getting on the score sheets on his debut to deal the damage.

Spain are second in Group A with 6 points (from 3 games), behind Scotland who have accumulated 15 points from five games, following a perfect run, so far.

Cyprus 0 – 3 Scotland
