“Get Your Facts Right Before You Accuse Someone On Social Media” – Paul Okoye slams Cubana Chief Priest
Music Executive and show promoter, Paul Okoye has weighed in on the current controversy surrounding BBN’s Maria Benjamin and celebrity barman, Cubana Chiefpriest.
Chief Priest had alleged that Maria snatched his sister’s husband and even threatened her life, asking her to leave the married man alone.
An accusation, which has got tongues wagging, forcing the music executive to share his opinion. Paul Okoye shared a post on Instagram where he hinted that he has heard from both sides and advised Cubana to get his facts right before accusing someone on social media.
In his words; ”Get your facts right before you accuse someone on social media. Let’s be careful after hearing from both side, we need to be careful @mariachikebenjamin @cubana_chiefpriest”.
Apart from Cubana’s recent allegations, an Instagram blogger, Gistlovers, in a post shared on his page, warned Maria to stay away from the married man, and if the man eventually serves his wife a divorce letter, it would be messy for the reality star.
The post reads: “Dear Maria,Kindly Stay away from somebody’s husband , Atutu poyoyo,if that Man give him wife that divorce letter,e go red for you,I just said I should warn you in advance.I come in peace”.
Reacting to the post, some social media users recalled how Maria once bragged about not dating a married man, and others expressed displeasure. Meanwhile, some netizens claim they are not surprised at the call out, especially as Maria decided to pitch her tent with former housemate Mercy Eke who has been repeatedly called out for dating married men.
