“I am ready” – Mohbad’s wife Omawumi set to do DNA test to prove paternity of their son
Omowunmi, Mohbad’s wife, has been in the eye of the storm since the untimely death of her husband, with accusing fingers majorly Kemi Olunloyo and Verydarkman alleging that she had a fling with one of Mohbad’s antagonists, Sam Larry, which saw the birth of 5-months-old Liam.
Following the tragic passing of Nigerian artist Mohbad, social media started buzzing with rumors that his 5-month-old child with Omowunmi, whom he had acknowledged as his own might not share his bloodline.
Remember that Naira Marley’s best buddy, Mohbad, was seen on camera physically torturing the late artist. While fans believe Sam Larry’s attack on Mohbad to be motivated by the former’s departure from the record label, controversial journalist Kemi Olunloyo believed that the fight goes beyond record label separation.
Kemi Olunloyo revealed, “Mohbad was reportedly fighting Sam Larry for custody of this child after the DNA 🧬 test confirmed him as the father. If in fact, Sam Larry ordered the beatings then Nigerian police should invite him for questioning on the paternity issue. Mohbad loved Wunmi to the point of the mentality of “This baby is mine” but Wunmi was not faithful in the Marlian Harem. You cannot marry one and sleep with 3.
“Only one sperm WORKS meaning technically this boy DID NOT lose a father and therefore has no cut of the music estate or deserves donations which his mom is cashing out on. Many Nigerian women have been embroiled in paternity FRAUD in the last 5 years.”
Meanwhile, social media critic and activist, Verydarkman on the other hand feels that Omowunmi would be cleared of all suspicions in Mohbad’s death investigations if she yeilds to do a paternity test.
Amidst the controversy, Mohbad’s wife finally yielded to the relentless pressure for a paternity test.
The notorious gossip hub, Gistlover, spilled the tea by revealing a private chat with Mohbad’s wife.
In the chat, Wunmi vehemently denied any romantic involvement with Sam Larry, claiming that Mohbad was her first love. She confessed to feeling so overwhelmed by baseless accusations that she had to delete her social media account and implored Gistlover to be her advocate during this challenging period.
She also dropped a bombshell on Kemi Olunloyo, alleging that she has a close relationship with Naira Marley, hence the constant bash on social media.
She said; “I have never have a physical conversation with samlarry in my life.
“I only greet him whenever I see him. Naira marley has been in contact with Kemi Olunloyo before
“She has always bully Mohbad when he was alive. She has a relationship with Naira Marley. And Naira Marley disliked me at some point when Mohbad was with him.”
To silence doubters and naysayers once and for all regarding Liam’s paternity, she boldly declared her readiness to undergo a DNA test.
“Please help me I’m ready for it. Mohbad got me deflowered. How do i go about it? I’m ready. It’s just people around me, Most especially My lawyer. Can you help me speak my sister? I am ready.”
