“My Marriage Crashed On June 24th & The Lesson After 6yrs Is That No Home Is Perfect”-Ubi Franklin

Nigerian politician and Music executive Ubi Franklin took to his Instagram stories to give marital advice to fans as he uses his own failed marriage with Nollywood actress Lilian Esoro as an example of why people should never assume that any marriage is perfect.

Explicitly stating the date his marriage crashed, Ubi wrote;

“My marriage crashed on the 24th of June 2016 and the lesson after 6years is that, no home is perfect, hearing stories of couples or friends who tried to help us fix the marriage have had worse outcomes and stories from the relationships I thought were perfect from the pictures we/I saw.

The conclusion is, no marriage is perfect. When people are going through this, do not laugh, do not help spread it more of find out happened, obviously something happened, but mind your business.

I pray we all find peace with our partners and whoever we decide to end up with”.

Ubi’s advice comes following series of marriage crash in the entertainment industry.

Ubi Franklin and Lilian Esoro got married in November 2015 in a flamboyant wedding. The marriage was dissolved on Thursday, January 28, 2021, at an Abuja High Court. They have a son together, Jayden.
