Nigerians Interested in Tinubu’s Money – Obi

Bola Tinubu’s supporters, according to Peter Obi, the presidential candidate for the Labour Party, are just interested in his money and that of the ruling APC.

Obi made the comments in a popular video, also called Tinubu’s wealth, into doubt.

He said: “Someone told me that this candidate fought the Abacha government to stay in place. He actually misplaced everything. But, I countered, he now has two planes. Where is his firm? ”

“Once he comes here and gives you money, you will say Jagaban is the best candidate even when the man is not well. That’s the problem of the country,”

“My brother, we are in a crisis. That’s why I’m pleading with all of us. Let us go and take back our country and run it like any other country where the leader is responsible to the people. The people can question the rascality and the behaviour of their leader. Bad behaviour has become a measure of success in our system.”

You may recall that various national organisations have remained concerned about the health of the APC presidential candidate.

Tinubu, however, has rejected the worries, asserting that he is in good enough condition to lead the nation.

Meanwhile, the All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Campaign Council’s director of strategic communication, Dele Alake, has said Bola Tinubu, the party’s presidential candidate, is said to have received funding through investments in blue-chip firms, according to

He stated this while speaking about Tinubu’s wealth during his appearance on Channel’s television program.

He said, “What I know is that right from his days in the corporate sector, he has been trading in stocks, and he acknowledged so when asked where the former Lagos Governor got his riches from.

“He has been buying stocks and bonds and all of that. I am not a finance person. So, I am not going to be interested in the nitty-gritty of it all. But I know he has been trading in stocks.
