Popular rapper, Ogunmefun Olarenwaju better known as Vector Tha Viper reacts after getting dragged for mocking the general overseer of RCCG, Pastor Adeboye, Over the death of his son, Dare Adeboye.
Vector had taken to Twitter to share a tweet that looks identical to that of Pastor Adeboye’s catchphrase which was misunderstood by users for mocking the man of God who just lost his son.
“If you know you want to see Next year make some noise noooooise,” Vector wrote, accompanied with a laughing emoji, which is identical to that of the renowned pastor who often says, “let somebody shout hallelujah.”
This was followed by criticism from social media users who believed he wrote that to mock the man of God. He has responded by saying that his tweet has nothing to do with the Adeboyes.
He wrote: “Oh don’t get this wrong… It’s not about church. It’s about a performance I remembered.”
Yet, people didn’t accept his explanation and they continued calling him out, saying he is not man enough to own up to his mistakes.
Well, the rapper has responded to his critics, tweeting “If you really believe I Ogunmefun Olanrewaju will mock pastor Adeboye because he lost his son, you are a fool.”
