Seun Kuti Slam Celebrities Creating Awareness For Covid-19 Leaving Out Hunger.

Nigerian singer Oluseun Anikulapo Kuti, professionally known as Seun Kuti, took to his Instagram story to react to most celebrities coming out too loud about the awareness of coronavirus, saying it is real.

After praising these celebrities for doing so, especially as we are moving into the second phase of the lockdown, Seun Kuti has also questioned why most of them don’t apply the same energy when looking out for the poor.

The musician couldn’t help but wonder if these celebrities are sounding this because coronavirus can kill them too or while hunger kills only the poor man.

He wrote:

“Corona is real and killing us. I like the zeal that our faves are using to tell us about it. Hunger been killing us too tho and if all die na die where is the zeal there? or this is just because corona can you too but hunger dey kill only poor man?
