Singer Portable Signs N50Million Endorsement Deal With Obi Cubana’s Odogwu Bitters

Nigerian singer, Portable has bagged himself an endorsement deal worth N50million with the popular business mogul and socialite, Obi Cubana’s odogwu bitters.

Odogwu Bitters is a herbal alcoholic drink brand owned by Obi Cubana, which was recently launched.

A few days ago, the Zazuu crooner was seen distributing Obi Cubana’s newly launched drink and people in the street struggled to get theirs for free.

Much later, Portable took to his social media to announce that he just signed a N50million ambassadorial deal with the brand.

The Singer shared a crisp video of his unveiling and expressed his excitement about joining the company. Celebrities like Zubby Michael, Ruggedman and Others were spotted celebrating with him.

He shared the video with the caption;

“@obi_cubana don show love ooo. 50 million kwen don zeh for my Aza ooo. Official Ambassador @odogwu_bitters of Africa”

Reacting to his new deal, Netizens opined that Obi Cubana made a smart move by endorsing Portable because he is the right brand ambassador for the drink. They also professed that portable will make more than the N50million paid to him for Obi Cubana.

Another Twitter user said the N50million is actually too much for a deal with a new drink. Although he stated that the money must have been orchestrated by the recent hike in the price of goods and services.

A Twitter user, cross wrote, “Is the hike in recent price responsible for this Portable’s odogwu bitters deal sum, or did Obi Cubana actually consider him a sellable face for the brand?

I mean, even Erica’s Star radler and Legend stout deal was around N40m. How Portable take bag N50m deal for a new drink?”

“Obi Cubana is a smart businessman. Portable is the right ambassador for odogwu bitters”, Otunba wrote on twitter.

He continued, “Portable is the most loquacious artiste in the street right now, making him a brand ambassador for a gin is a very exceptional decision, he’ll make more than that N50m Obi Cubana gave him”.
