“They oppressed me in front of my daughter and wife” – Skales cries out after EFCC raided his house at midnight

Nigerian singer and rapper, Raoul John Njeng-Njeng, well known as Skales, has taken to social media to publicly call out the Economic and Financial Crimes Control (EFCC) after they raided his house at an ungodly hour.

Skales took to the microblogging platform, X and narrated how heavily armed operatives of the agency broke into his house and wrongly accused him of being a fraudster.

He said he was sleeping with his six-month-old daughter when the EFCC operatives numbering about three broke into his house through the backdoor on Monday night.

According to Skales, the incident left him traumatized and he had a panic attack because of some health issues he is dealing with.

Not stopping there, the singer also said the EFCC officials assaulted his producer and left him injured.

Skales didn’t mince words in his social media posts, directing harsh criticism at the EFCC.

He accused the agency of misconduct and vowed that those involved in the raid would never find success in their endeavors.

In his words;

“God go punish una @officialEFCC. I am not a criminal, I have never don fraud in my life, you came in with guns to oppress me in front of my daughter and her mother & my staff. you will never prosper in anything you do as long as you’re Efcc staff! You will always be a failure.”

“So U guys now carry out routine checks @officialEFCC ON FOLKS?Na una staff talk am. for all U made my family go thru this night” my new born & her mom. I hate U @officialEFCC. U will fail in whatever the works of ur hands do..success will never be URS. I’ll always speak against U.”
