“You Disrespected Adekaz’ First Wife”-Larrit Gives Reasons for Fighting with Mercy Aigbe

Digging deep into this, there is really more to the fight between Actress Mercy Aigbe and Socialite, Lara Olukotun a.k.a Larrit, and also, a visible case of unresolved long-lasting beef.

In the early hours of yesterday, in a video that made the rounds on social media, Mercy Aigbe was spotted exchanging words with someone at the event. Minutes later, Larrit flared up and threw a bottle at Mercy, which later resulted in an exchange of punches.

In reaction to this, Mercy released a public statement, detailing the reason for her brawl with Larrit. Mercy disclosed that she and Larrit were acquaintances until she turned into an “enemy”, which all started after she got married to Ibaka boss, Kazim Adeoti a.k.a Adekaz.

Mercy accused Lara of previously attacking her online and that she took her hatred to the next level when she saw her at the event and began to verbally assault her.

Mercy claimed that Lara started it all when she saw her at the Sunday event and started to insult her verbally. Mercy said all attempts to stop her by other guests failed as Lara continued to call her unprintable names, and that she had to stand up for herself. She said it was at this point things took a different turn.

In response to Mercy’s account of their fight, Larrit shared her own side of the story in a fresh lengthy post. Lara clearly stated that the fact that Mercy married someone else’s husband is not her concern like some people claimed. But the bone of contention is Mercy disrespecting her husband’s first wife, Funsho Adeoti, a woman who has four kids for him (Adekaz) by saying she is ‘aya the owner’.

Lara said only women can understand the “pepper dem game” that Mercy is playing as she is used to playing the victim while showing her true colors behind the scene.
