Amber Rose accuses her boyfriend of being Abusive and Cheating on her with 12 women
Amber Rose has accused her boyfriend of three years, Alexander “AE” Edwards of being emotionally abusive and cheating on her with as many as 12 women.
On Instagram, Rose shared an update on her longtime relationship in a lengthy post;
“I’m tired of getting cheated on and being embarrassed behind the scenes. All 12 of y’all bums (the ones that I know of there’s probably more) can have him.
Y’all very much knew he was in a relationship with a baby and y’all decided to f*ck him anyway. I saw all the texts and DM’s. Y’all were well aware but y’all don’t owe me any loyalty so it’s whatever.”
Amber went on to state that she won’t publicly name the women she accused of being with Alexander “because I’m not in the business of ruining lives but y’all know who y’all are.”
“I can’t be the only one fighting for my family anymore,” she added. “I’ve been so loyal and transparent but I haven’t gotten the same energy in return…The lack of loyalty and the disrespect is ridiculous and I’m done.”
Rose then proceeded to say in a separate Instagram Story that in addition to Edwards, her “raging narcissistic mom” could exit her life as well.
I’m tired of being mentally and emotionally abused by people that I love,” she said. “I’ve been suffering in silence for a long time and I can’t take it anymore. That’s why I’ve been so quiet. I’ve been a shell of who I used to be but I refuse to let anyone damage me anymore. Family or not.”
However, Alexander “AE” Edwards, has confirmed the accusations leveled at him by the model.
During an interview with Big Von Wednesday night, Edwards admitted, ” I woke up to this s–t, man… I thought, ‘S–t, I got caught.’ I got caught before, you know what I’m saying? And she’s just had enough, obviously.
When asked if he was really “juggling” 12 women, or Rose only found out about 12 of them, Edwards was non-committal, saying he didn’t know. “I love her, though,”he added. “That’s, like, my best friend, the mother of my son. I love [Sebastian], my stepson and s–t, too,”he continued, “but … that’s me, I like women.”
“She should take her talents to the CIA. She’s good at it, man,” he added. He explained that her celebrity status helped her confirm he was sleeping around, saying that when she has suspicious about a woman and DMs her, “9 times out of 10, the girl’s gonna fan out and be like, ‘I didn’t mean it, I didn’t know,’ they switch their story up.”
“At the end of the day, I don’t think anybody can be happy or successful if you’re not truly yourself, whether other people understand it or blame you or wrong you for or critique you for,” he continued. “We are who we are and it’s just who I am, and it’s not how she wants to be loved. She tried to put up with me, look the other way and she couldn’t and I’m not mad at her. To me, it’s like, she had enough, she had enough.”
“At the end of the day, I’m me,” he added, “bitches like me and I fall victim to this s—. I get seduced, I’ll be falling victim to the seduction.”
AE claims that Rose is still texting him and is willing to forgive him if he publicly apologize for his misgivings, but he ultimately feels breaking up is the right thing for both of them. Edwards said he, ultimately, doesn’t believe he could be faithful in the long run though.
“I mean, she texted me like, if I apologize publicly and all this s–t, you know, she loves me but I don’t want to keep doing that to her. I know that I could stop [cheating]. I could give her a good, solid six months and just really like, deprive myself of my true nature for as long as I can take it but I don’t wanna live like that,” he confessed.
When asked why he didn’t approach Rose with the idea of an open relationship, AE admitted that he’s unsure of how he’d feel if she were out on dates while he stayed home with their children.
In his own words, he wanted to “have his cake and eat it too.”
Rose and Edwards have been together since September 2018 and are parents to their 22-month-old son, Slash Alexander Edwards born in October 2019.
