Arsenal lose last game of the year, drop to fourth

Arsenal are heading into the New Year in fourth place, having failed to secure a win at Fulham.

A win would have seen Mikel Arterta’s side who spent Christmas on top of the table, back in top spot, but a 59th-minute goal from Bobby Decordova-Reid, made sure that didn’t materialize.

The Gunners got off to a good start, with Bukayo Saka, putting them ahead five minutes into the game, before Raul Jimenez, replied in the 29th minute, keeping things leveled at halftime.
