Popular skitmaker and comedian,  Emmanuel Chukwuemeka Ejekwu known as Mr Funny or Oga Sabinus has been currently linked to some scam allegations.

A soon-to-be-identified lady took to social media to call out the skit maker for not coming on stage to perform despite collecting millions from the show organisers.

The post read:

“Just like Davido, Sabinus scams organizers of millions fails to show up on stage to perform at a comedy show in Enugu last night.”

This comes shortly after controversial Nigerian activist, Martins Otse aka VeryDarkMan criticised Sabinus for taking money for a show he knew he wouldn’t be able to attend and for only giving the show’s organisers a refund at the last minute.

VeryDarkMan disclosed that he forwent the chance to appear in the music video for Phyno and Burna Boy’s recent single, “Do I,” to protect the event planners from unruly protesters.

Verydarkman pointed out that Sabinus has a long history of leaving viewers waiting out of self-interest. The activist also warned Sabinus not to allow people shed tears because of him.
