Aubameyang scores first hat trick in Barcelona win

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang opened his goal-scoring account for Barcelona with a hat trick, as Xavi’s men extended their unbeaten run in La Liga to nine matches with a 4-1 win at Valencia.

Aubameyang, who joined from Arsenal for free on February 2, 2022, slotted home the opener on his first La Liga start before Frenkie de Jong made it two, and Aubameyang, converted again, to make it three for Barce and two for himself at halftime.
After the break, Carlos Soler pulled one back for Valencia, before Aubameyang,  niched a lucky third for himself and a fourth for the visitors, who are currently fourth on the La Liga standings.
