Davido Trends Again for the Wrong Reasons
Nigerian superstar singer Davido has made the headlines again for the very wrong reasons, this time after a US-based model, identified as Bonita Maria mistakenly shared a photo of a finely shaped model with the married singer, Davido getting cozy.
News that broke online has alleged that the Afrobeats singer was involved in another cheating scandal after the cozy photo of him and the lady was accidentally leaked online, followed by a viral video of the singer pleading in tears.
In the widely shared photo, the model with the Instagram handle, @pinknative took a selfie with Davido standing behind her while kissing her on the head with his hands wrapped around her neck.
Their cuddled-up photo has since gone viral on social media, evoking a variety of responses.
Nigerians dragged the model and Davido, expressing their disappointment in the singer for once again proving he cannot be loyal to his wife.
In a now-deleted post, Bonita tackled Nigerians attacking her. She pleaded to be left alone, claiming that she is not the one in the photo with Davido.
She went on to say that she doesn’t know Davido at all and has never met him, so she was just making fun of the situation and had nothing to do with her.
In her words: “All of you Nigerians roaches need to leave me alone im not even the one f*cking with that man! I was trolling this Davido situation has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with me and I do not know him at all, never met him you guys were harassing me so l gave y’all something to see”.
While being trolled by Nigerians, the model’s friend posted a now-deleted video of Davido pleading profusely on his knees.
In the video, the singer could be heard saying, “Please, I’m on my knees, oh my days, oh my days.”
Sharing the video, the friend of the American model, Bonita Maria captioned it, “This who y’all attacking me over? Leave me alone.”
Addressing the backlashes trailing the post, American Stylist, Courtney revealed that she has been a client and friend of the singer for four years, and is also responsible for booking him shows in the U.S.
Addressing the leaked photo, she stated that it was an accident when she was trying to make a post while drunk.
Regarding the viral video of him pleading, she refused to delve into its genesis but admitted to having once shared it on a group chat that had two of her friends in it.
The video was leaked by one of her friends, Bonita Maria as clap back to fans of Davido trolling her for reposting the cosy photo of Courtney and Davido on her Instagram Story.
Courtney further clarified that she never knew he was married as their work-friendship relationship did not extend enough to know each other’s private lives.
She appealed to all affected parties while insisting that the issue escalated because her friend, Bonita fell to the temptation of trolling those who came for her.

Skeptics had turned blind eyes on the photos as they insist that the photo bears a resemblance to the singer, but might not be the singer.
However, Israel DMW has taken to the comment section to confirm that the photo was indeed Davido, although, he suggests that the photo isn’t a recent one but one taken 3 years ago.
Taking to the comment section to dismiss the rumors of his boss’ infidelity, he wrote simply …

Last year, several women came out to share their sexual encounters with the singer, who was supposed to be grieving his late son.
Anita Brown who was the most popular of the women has jumped into the fray to once again drag Davido.
Anita Brown claimed that contrary to belief, Davido isn’t well known in the US. She added that he doesn’t post his wife and kids well enough for it to be known that he is married.
She also dragged Chioma for never posting on her Instagram page, alleging that she uses a phony account to share videos, to make it seem like they are getting caught by others.
She wrote;
